Sharpen your cooking skills with cooking 101!
Participants will grow in confidence and abilities in the kitchen while investigating their own cooking and eating habits. Cooking 101 has 4 unique classes in the month of April- join us for one class or all four! Each class offers a unique itinerary and new skills to learn.

- Getting to Know Your Kitchen
- kitchen safety and sanitation
- recipe selection and reading
- practice measuring
- RECIPE: Energy Balls
