"There are several places of hope for me, and the Y is one of them."

Carol’s story of persevering with Parkinson’s disease is one of many journeys toward finding hope while living with a chronic condition.

The goal of Chronic Condition Programs at the Y is to coach as you fight through challenges, connect with community members, and find your strength.

LIVESTRONG is a FREE, 12-week program for cancer survivors in the transitional period between completing treatment and finding their “new normal.” This program offers survivors support, camaraderie, and an opportunity to practice physical fitness. Build muscle mass, manage your weight, and improve energy levels and self-esteem in a supportive environment with fellow survivors.

Our staff will work with each participant to focus on individual goals and exercises specific to their battle and ability level.
