Summer Day Camps at the Y are the perfect place to fill your summer with excitement. Kids become a community as they learn how to be more independent and work as a team while they engage in physical, social, and educational activities. Our programs promote confidence, character, self-esteem, personal growth, and appreciation of the outdoors.
Each program offers age-appropriate activities, an engaging learning environment, fun weekly field trips, and so much more!
Registration is based by week, so you can choose what works best for your family. You can attend one week of camp, two weeks, three weeks, or join us for the whole summer!
PRESCHOOL CAMP | 20TH AVE & DOWNTOWN Y | AGES 4-5
June 8, 2026- August 28, 2026 (12 weeks)
NEW this year: Preschool Camp is now offered at both Oshkosh YMCA branches!
A typical day at preschool camp includes tons of fun activities to keep kids active & engaged. Kids will enjoy outside play, group activities, games, swimming, science & nature, arts & crafts, music & movement, and more! Plus: optional swim lessons! See below for more information and weekly rates.
20th Ave preschool camp hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Downtown preschool camp hours: Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Completion of 4K is required. Children must be potty trained.

NEW this year: Summer Fun Club (SFC) is now offered at both Oshkosh YMCA branches!
Get ready for the ultimate summer adventure! Each week, participants will explore aspects of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math). Activities include weekly field trips, swimming, games, arts & crafts, exploring science & nature, and more! Plus: optional swim lessons! Summer Fun Club is a DCF licensed program. 20th Ave SFC hours: Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Downtown SFC hours: Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

CAMP-WINNI-Y-CO | AGES 5-12
June 8, 2026- August 28, 2026 (12 weeks)
Camp Winni-Y-Co offers campers the traditional outdoor summer day camp experience. Located just 3 miles from the 20th Ave Y, our licensed day camp is 24 acres of beautiful wooded land. The property includes: two miles of hiking trails, an archery range, volleyball court, gaga pit, basketball hoops, two lodges, and a fire pit. Campers participate weekly in activities including environmental education, STEAM programming (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), weekly field trips, team building, archery, mountain biking, songs, skits, and so much more! Camp Winni-Y-Co hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

YOUTH ADVENTURE PROGRAM | AGES 11-14
June 8, 2026- August 28, 2026 (12 weeks)
Youth Adventure Program (YAP) is a unique summer program that gives teens and tweens opportunities to explore the community, develop independence, make friends, and find new adventures. Activities include in-town mini trips, community service projects, swimming, archery, fishing, games, arts and crafts, field trips, and much more. See below for more information and weekly rates. Must be a YMCA member to register.
FIELD TRIP ONLY OPTION: Can't join us for the whole summer? This flexible options allows your child to attend YAP weekly field trips only, without enrolling in the full program. Simply choose the days that work best for your family, and enjoy the fun! You do not need to be a Y member to enroll in the field trip only option.
