Brighter Days Support Group


More than a support group, Brighter Days is a program that nurtures the spirit, mind, and body of those 55 and older who are grieving the loss of their partner.

Book Club


We now have a book club at each Oshkosh Y location! Join us for spirited conversations enjoy diving into the world of a new book each month. Books are provided and space is limited. Call (920) 236-3380 to register at Downtown, (920) 230-8439 to register at 20th, or register online. 

Chair Volleyball


Improve cardiovascular fitness and hand-eye coordination, increase joint flexibility, enhance muscle tone and endurance, and build upper body strength. Played just like regular volleyball but with a beach ball and chairs. All equipment is provided & no registration is required!

Foot Care Clinics


Foot care is important aspect of your health, especially for seniors. Attend a clinic with a nurse from Valley VNA Senior Care for a foot soak, nail trim, filing, foot massage, and treatment of minor corns or callouses.

The Y offers so many ways to keep you sharp and learning something new! Check out our lifelong learning events created specially for members and guests ages 55+.

Memory Cafe


Join us for an afternoon of fun, learning, and socializing with others. Open to you and your care partners, Memory cafes provide an innovative form of social engagement for people living with dementia, cognitive decline, or other forms of memory loss. Free & open to all.

Our nutritional services can help you improve your diet, lose weight, and learn more about how nutrition impacts your health. Sign up for a consultation with a registered dietitian nutritionist, take a health assessment, get your blood pressure checked, and more.

Join us for Coffee & Community! Enjoy complimentary coffee Monday through Friday at either Oshkosh Y location. Bring your own cup to help us be socially responsible, or purchase a paper cup for $.25 at the Front Desk.
