Nutrition Consultation


If you want to gain insight about your health, but you aren't sure where to start, work with a registered dietitian nutritionist at the Y. Schedule a consultation to learn about creating a balanced diet, choosing foods with the right amount of nutrients for great health, and maintaining proper nutrition in a way that works for you.

Healthy Living Orientation


We offer each new member complimentary time with our wellness staff to introduce you to our cardio and circuit machines. Based on your goals and fitness level, our wellness staff member will teach you how to use the equipment appropriate for you. This orientation is designed to help you feel comfortable with our equipment and to get off to a good start.

A well-trained, educated staff member will assess your body composition with a variety of measurements. Learn about fat and muscle ratio, and how assessing body composition can help identify health risks. If your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or simply to track your progress, body composition testing is a great resource.
