Rachel's professional and community-focused ethos shines through her career and volunteer work. Prior to her start at Oshkosh Corporation, which began in 2019, Rachel excelled as the Practice Operations Supervisor at Belville & Associates Chiropractic Clinic.

Her fervor for fostering community ties is at the heart of her professional journey. As the Senior Community Engagement Specialist at Oshkosh Corporation, Rachel collaborates with a diverse range of teams to orchestrate and champion volunteer efforts within the community. She expertly oversees the annual "Feed the Body, Feed the Soul" initiative, uniting more than 1,000 volunteers to assemble essential food staples for individuals facing food insecurity.

Rachel's dedication to her local community is not just a career; it's her calling. She actively serves on various boards vividly shaping the fabric of Oshkosh’s civic life, such as the Oshkosh Area Community Pantry, Propel Young Professionals, and the Ascension Wisconsin Foundation.

Rachel's academic background in Biology, from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, has been instrumental in shaping her strong work ethic and pursuit of excellence throughout her career trajectory.

The accolades Rachel has received are a testament to her unwavering commitment to community service and professional achievements from being acknowledged as the Propel Young Professional of the Year, to the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year award, and recently being named in Insight Magazine’s inaugural 40 under 40 class.

Outside of her busy career and volunteer schedule, Rachel cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. Her newest pursuit, discovering the joys of Pickleball, speaks to her love for connecting and community engagement —mirroring the teamwork and spirit she brings to all facets of her life. Rachel is a paragon of dedication and heart, making palpable differences in the lives of those around her through her professional work and community involvement.
