She expertly oversees the annual "Feed the Body, Feed the Soul" initiative, uniting more than 1,000 volunteers to assemble essential food staples for individuals facing food insecurity.

Rachel's dedication to her local community is not just a career; it's her calling. She actively serves on various boards vividly shaping the fabric of Oshkosh’s civic life, such as the Oshkosh Area Community Pantry, Propel Young Professionals, and the Ascension Wisconsin Foundation.
