Join us for a special pop-up class that will have you dancing in your seat! This high-energy, low-impact workout uses a chair as the main prop to help you move continuously while minimizing joint impact. While you groove to upbeat music, you’ll be improving cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and flexibility.
