STRONG MOMS
A FREE community program for moms of all ages with kids at all stages!
Each STRONG MOMS program is unique and designed to allow mothers to relax, learn, connect and engage with other moms. It also provides resources for mothers and gives them a chance to engage, ask questions, and discuss topics that they can relate to. With barriers like cost and childcare removed, any mom can participate and enjoy the program.
This program is FREE & open to the entire community- you do not need to be a Y member to attend.
FREE childcare is provided as well as dinner for kids & moms!
5:30-6:00 p.m: Dinner
6:00-7:00 p.m: Program
This month's activity: SAFE SCREEN WORKSHOP- Learn practical tools to help keep kids safe online. This expert led workshop covers warning signs of grooming, sextortion, social media risks, and how to respond to concerning online behavior.
Registration is required & will open closer to the program date.
