A FREE community program for moms of all ages with kids at all stages!
Mothers meet and mingle, learn, and build a network of moms and friends. Each program is unique and is designed to allow mothers to relax, learn, connect, and engage with other like-minded moms.
STRONG MOMS also provides resources for mothers and gives them a chance to engage, ask questions, and discuss topics that they can relate to. With barriers like cost and childcare removed, any mom can participate and enjoy this amazing program.
This program is FREE & open to the community! You do not need to be a Y member to attend. FREE childcare is provided as well as dinner for kids & moms!
