Pop-Up Yoga Class
Whether you are new to Yoga or an experienced yoga student, this class is for you! Cindy Schmitt will lead you in an accessible yoga class that will encourage use of 2-3 breathing techniques, gentle movement and stretching based on Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga techniques/poses. Class can be done seated in a chair, on a mat or standing.
Pop-up classes are special offerings that aren’t part of the regular class schedule- so try it out while it’s here!
