Lunch & Conversation | A FOREVERWELL Event for Ages 55+
Come hungry for more than a meal. Share lunch, connect with friends, and discover how FOREVERWELL™ programs keep you active, social, and thriving at the Y. YMCA member Lance Schaefer will prepare a comforting lunch in the Downtown Y Teaching Kitchen. During lunch, Y staff will highlight upcoming FOREVERWELL programs for ages 55+, offering opportunities to learn, move, and stay socially connected.

-Pork & Cabbage egg rolls

-Pickle & cheese roll ups
