Ages 55+ | Non-members Welcome
Celebrate active aging week at the Y! Join us all week long for FREE programs, classes, & activities for adults ages 55+. No need to be a Y member- Active Aging Week programming is open to the entire community. Most programs are offered on a drop-in basis. Some classes may require prior registration due to equipment needs.

Presentation | Safe & Sound: Preventing Falls
Join Andrea Van Dyn Hoven from Care Patrol for an engaging discussion on how to stay safe and independent in your home. In this session, we’ll explore practical strategies to reduce the risk of falls, from home modifications to improving balance and strength.

Lunch & Learn
Join PT Solutions to learn the secret benefits of how an active lifestyle can keep you FOREVERWELL! Learn together about the importance and benefits of staying physically active forever! You’ll also take away some exercises to improve overall strength and balance.
