Do you struggle with emotional or stress eating? Is it hard to tell if you are hungry or full? Join dietitian Kate Harrell and learn more about the differences between physical and emotional hunger. We will discuss triggers for emotional eating and break down what is actually going on internally. You will learn strategies to manage emotional eating and eat more mindfully, eating with intention while also paying attention to how food makes you feel. We will also practice mindful eating in multiple ways in this gathering.
