Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Join our FREE Strong Challenge! Six weeks, for 20 minutes a day, five days a week. 

The purpose of this challenge is to help us take back our lives and become STRONG in spirit, mind and body…while having fun and connecting with friends in our community and nationwide. EVERYONE in the community is welcome to participate!

You will receive emails each week filled with motivation, challenges, workouts, and more! Workout wherever you are by accessing our YouTube "On Demand" channel anytime of the day or night!
 



INCENTIVES

 

- The first 200 Oshkosh Y members who register will receive at-home access to our Fitness on Demand software for the duration of the program. This includes hundreds of premium fitness workouts from all exercise formats. If you are one of the lucky recipients of this free subscription, look for an email from Fitness on Demand on November 1.

- All Community Members who register will receive One Family Guest Pass to use during the challenge (November 1-December 12). This will automatically be put on your account information, just let us know you're visiting as a guest through the STRONG Challenge when you come to use it!

- All challenge participants will receive a FREE activity tracker calendar. This will be emailed to you the week before the challenge! Don't have access to a printer? Calendars are available for pick up at either Oshkosh YMCA location.

- Turn in your calendar at the end of the challenge (between December 13-18) to win Y swag! You will also have a chance at winning our STRONG CHALLENGE Grand Prize! In addition, there will be lots of fun prizes along the way! 

 

 

ACCOUNTABILITY


Having a prominent place in the home to post your goals to see every day and track your progress is key! Having an accountability buddy or partner in the challenge will help provide the motivation you need! Take back your life! Reenergize, achieve goals, feel better and stronger, today!

Why should I join the Y STRONG Community Challenge?

- Make a commitment to yourself to get your life back. Six weeks. Hundreds of teammates. For 20 minutes a day, five days a week, we’ll experiment with challenges and routines designed to open us up to a purpose-driven life that is STRONG. 


Is the Y Strong Community Challenge just for Y members?

- No. Anyone can join and it’s totally free!


When does the Y Strong Community Challenge Start?

- The challenge will run for 6 weeks between Sunday, November 1 and Saturday, December 12. 



Will I receive information during the Challenge to help me stay on track?

- Yes. Each week of the Challenge you will receive 3 motivational emails to keep you going! Visit the STRONG Facebook Group daily to keep up with your teammate’s wins and share your progress.
