JUDO: A martial art that promotes physical fitness, discipline and self-confidence. Jod teaches throws, mat pins and falling techniques. Opportunities available for all levels and ages. 

WEDNESDAY (MPR #1 & 2)
5:00-6:15pm Junior Beginners
6:30-7:45pm Junior Advanced and Beginner Family
8:00-9:15pm Adult Advanced and Beginners
 

KARATE (4-adult): Karate is good exercise, it's fun, it enhances confidence, teaches self-defense, and develops patience. This program is 7-week session. Classes run year-round.


TUESDAY & THURSDAY
5:30-5:55pm | 4-7 years BEGINNER
5:55-6:20pm | 4-7 INTERMEDIATE
6:20-7:00pm | 8-12 years BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE
7:00-8:00pm | Ages 13+ ALL RANKS

SATURDAY
9:30-10:30am | Yellow Belts and above
