Created by a Navy SEAL, TRX is a full-body strength workout that offers a total-body workout, centered on your core and relying on your body weight. You use suspension straps to push, pull, and lift your bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It is a GREAT workout for ALL ages and abilities, including seniors! 

Taking a TRX Class is now EASIER than ever with our NEW convenient TRX Punch Cards! 

You will now enjoy the flexibility of attending any TRX class that works with YOUR schedule! Punch cards are good for 6 months from date of purchase. To guarantee your spot in class, we recommend reserving your strap online up to 24 hours before class time at www.oshkoshymca.org! (See Instructions Below!)
 



TRX & Senior TRX Classes:
Members: $25/10 classes, $5 drop in rate
Activity Members: $50/10 classes, $7.50 drop in rate + day pass purchase

 

Youth TRX Classes: (Youth TRX will return to the schedule mid-April)
Members: $15/10 classes, $5 drop in rate
Activity Members: $30/10 classes, $7.50 drop in rate + day pass purchase
