Heather Mathe has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2014 and specializes in strength training, metabolic conditioning, and corrective exercise. She strives to push clients’ past limitations they put on themselves. Heather believes that we never know what we are capable of until we step beyond our mental barriers and that we can achieve anything we put our minds to, and the first step is just believing. She focuses on corrective exercise to help correct muscle imbalances, that may be causing physical limitations and discomfort as well as increasing strength and overall endurance to help clients move better, feel better and live better.
Living a healthy lifestyle is very important to Heather and she enjoys taking fitness outside by hiking, biking, and running with her husband, 3 boys, and 2 dogs. Her favorite hobby is running Spartan races with her husband and loves overcoming the challenges the races present.
