Rachel, Group Exercise Instructor
Rachel's personal journey to wellness began in her early twenties. She was overweight and ready for a change. Over the years, she has found a true LOVE and PASSION for group fitness classes! She has been teaching classes for about five years. Her certifications include BodyPump, Defend Together, and most recently, Active Together.

Rachel has a goal to make exercise FUN so that it doesn't feel like a chore! She enjoys helping new people find a love for fitness classes as well as helping returning members challenge themselves.

Outside of the Y, Rachel is a stay-at-home mom to two kids, and a wife of almost 15 years to her husband, John. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and reading.
