Activities Aquatics

YMCAs have been teaching people to swim for more than a century. Learning to swim at the YMCA is about more than just stroke development. It’s a child-centered approach, where kids learn through play, hands-on exercises and creative repetition. Children are taught in small groups with others of their own age and skill level. YMCA aquatics programs include parent-child and pre-school classes, programs for people with disabilities, as well as swim lessons for all ages and abilities. Competitive programs are available for youth and adults.
