Yes, the Y is pleased to provide our members with shower towels. We do encourage members and guests to bring beach towels for use within the Aquatic Center.
- Shower Towels will be available to Y Members near the Welcome Desk.
- We kindly ask members to limit themselves to 2 shower towels per visit.
- We ask members to please bring along your beach/pool towels for use on the pool deck.
Can I use my membership from another Y?
We offer Nationwide Membership because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work or travel. On average, at least 50% of your visits must be to your Home YMCA (the local association that enrolled you and collects your membership dues). If you are a college student, you will need to join the YMCA where your usage is 50% or greater. Nationwide Membership is based on individual usage not the family unit. We have a Young Adult rate which is a great value for you.
Where do I find schedules and hours for the Y?
Please view our hours and schedules HERE or download the Y mobile App from Google Play Store or for IOS
How do you I know what activities/classes/programs the Y is offering?
The Y shares our seasonal Program Guide digitally on our website assessable from our home page. The Y sends a weekly Enews to those who wish to subscribe. This is a great tool to stay “in the know” about everything the Y is offering, adding, or changing as we navigate the pandemic together.
What is the best way to make a reservation?
The Oshkosh Y App makes it very easy; however, you can also go to our home page at oshkoshymca.org and click on the reservations button on the left side of the page. This will take you directly to the page. Follow the screen and prompts. There is a lot of information that needs to load so please be patient with your device. You may reserve your spot up to 24 hours in advance. There is a tablet at the Y members can use and our front desk can assist our members as well.
When you join the Y, you join a community organization that offers health, hope and opportunity. Please be assured that safety is our number one priority. Things will be different in this new climate, so while we know it is a lot of information, we hope you will read everything on the pages that follow so you will know what to expect when using our facilities.
We continue to follow guidelines from health experts and local officials to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards for hygiene and safety, and we have modified our policies and services to facilitate safe physical distancing practices. We respect that not everyone was able to or chose to be vaccinated. Our best recomendation is to remain home if you are sick so as not to spread what symptoms you are dealing with. Thank you.
